What we collect

• Account details — the email address you sign up with, and your name if you provide one.
• Trading data — executions imported from brokers you connect, plus trades you add manually or upload.
• Content you create — journal notes, screenshots you attach, strategies, checklists and preferences.
• Broker authorisations — the access tokens your broker issues when you connect an account.
• Operational data — basic logs needed to run the service and diagnose failures.

Why we collect it

To provide the product you signed up for: recording trades, computing performance, running the features you enable, keeping your account secure, and supporting you when something breaks.

Who else sees it

• Your connected brokers and exchanges, for the executions you ask us to import.
• Infrastructure and AI providers we use to run the service, processing data on our instructions.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not share your trades with other users.

Chart screenshots

Images sent to AI Lens are analysed in memory and are not stored afterwards.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account exists. You can disconnect a broker at any time, which stops further syncing, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data through the in-app support widget.

Cookies and similar storage

We use browser storage for sign-in sessions and your interface preferences, such as the theme you picked.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will make the change visible in the app rather than quietly editing this page.
