Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for everything done through your account. One account is for one person; do not share it.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access another user's data.
- Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the product or its output as a service of your own.
- Do not use the product to break your broker's terms or any applicable law.
Broker connections
You authorise broker access yourself and can revoke it at any time. TradeCraft reads executions for journalling and does not place, modify or cancel orders. Your relationship with your broker, and their terms, remain entirely between you and them.

Beta and availability
TradeCraft is in a testing phase. Features may change, break or be withdrawn, and access is currently limited to beta seats. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it.
Billing
Paid plans and trial terms are described on the pricing page. Prices exclude GST, which is added at checkout.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TradeCraft is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the product, including from data errors, delays or downtime.
Ending your use
You can stop using TradeCraft and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
