Every new account gets a 3-day free trial with full access, so you can evaluate TradeCraft thoroughly before making any payment. No card is required to start the trial.
Paid plans and add-ons
Because the free trial lets you try the full product first, payments for paid plans (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) and add-ons such as AI credit packs are non-refundable once purchased. Prices exclude GST, which is added at checkout.
Cancellation
Plans do not auto-renew — you choose whether to buy again when your plan ends. You can stop using a plan at any time without penalty; access stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Your trades, journal notes and history remain safely stored in read-only mode for whenever you return.
Pausing your plan
- Yearly plan: up to 2 pauses per plan year (minimum 15 days each, up to 90 days in total).
- Quarterly plan: 1 pause per plan (15 to 30 days).
- Monthly and weekly plans: cannot be paused due to their short duration — simply don't renew, and buy again when you're ready.
Every paused day is added to the end of your plan, so you never lose paid days. You can restart early any time after the 15-day minimum.
Billing errors
If you are charged more than once for the same purchase, or a payment was made without your authorisation, email [email protected] within 48 hours with your payment ID. Verified billing errors are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
